How do I check in at the gym?
You’ll get a unique barcode when you sign up. Just scan it at the entrance to check in. Forgot your phone? No worries — just use your thumbprint at the reception desk.
What if I lose access to my phone?
Our backup check-in method uses your registered thumbprint. Simply head to the reception, scan your fingerprint, and you're good to go.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard. We’ll adjust your billing accordingly.
What payment options are available?
We accept Mastercard, Bank Transfers, USSD codes, and Scan-to-Pay options. Whatever works for you, we’ve made it easy.
